What is DocTranslate?
DocTranslate is a professional AI-powered document translation platform that supports Word, Excel, and other mainstream formats. It translates documents into 50+ languages while perfectly preserving the original layout and formatting.
How do I get started?
1. Create an account (enjoy 1,000 free words daily) 2. Log in and go to the Dashboard 3. Upload your document (Word or Excel) 4. Select the target language 5. Click 'Start Translation' 6. Download your translated document when complete
How is the free quota calculated?
Each registered user gets 1,000 free characters daily. The quota resets at midnight each day, and unused quota does not carry over. Usage beyond the free quota is charged at $0.006/word.

What file formats are supported?
Currently supported formats: • Word documents: .docx • Excel spreadsheets: .xlsx Note: Legacy .doc and .xls formats are not supported. Please convert to the newer format before uploading.
Is there a file size limit?
The maximum file size is 10MB per file. If your file exceeds this limit, we recommend splitting it into smaller parts and uploading them separately.
What should I do if the upload fails?
If the upload fails, please check: 1. Is the file format .docx or .xlsx? 2. Is the file size under 10MB? 3. Is your internet connection stable? 4. Is the file corrupted? If the problem persists, please contact support.
Translation
How accurate is the translation?
DocTranslate uses state-of-the-art AI language models with industry-leading accuracy. For general documents, quality approaches professional human translation. For specialized fields (legal, medical), we recommend having a professional review the output.
How long does translation take?
Translation speed depends on document length and server load: • Under 1,000 words: 1-2 minutes • Under 10,000 words: 5-10 minutes • Larger documents: may take longer Professional plan users enjoy priority processing.
Will the formatting be preserved?
Yes. Our system intelligently preserves the original document's layout, including font styles, paragraph formatting, table structures, and image positions.
Billing & Top-Up
How does billing work?
Translation is billed per word: • Daily free quota: 1,000 words • Beyond free quota: $0.006/word The system estimates the cost before translation starts, so you can decide whether to proceed.
How do I top up?
1. Click 'Wallet' in the navigation bar 2. Select a top-up amount ($5, $10, $20, $50, or custom) 3. Choose a payment method and complete payment 4. Balance is credited instantly
Can I get a refund?
Unused balance can be refunded at any time. Amounts already used for translations are non-refundable. To request a refund, email us at zzy@webarcx.com.
