DocTranslate is for anyone who needs to translate documents — business professionals translating contracts and reports, international trade workers handling multilingual documents, researchers translating academic papers, and anyone who needs fast, accurate document translation.

DocTranslate offers 5 free trial credits upon registration. Each trial allows you to translate and preview up to 2 pages. Beyond the free trial credits, translation is charged at $0.006 per word.

Currently supports Word (.docx) and Excel (.xlsx). More formats like PDF and PowerPoint are in development and coming soon.

10MB maximum per file. If your file exceeds this, we recommend splitting it into smaller parts and uploading separately.

50+ languages including Chinese (Simplified/Traditional), English, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Arabic, and more.

We use industry-leading AI language models with quality approaching professional human translation. General documents work especially well; for specialized fields, we recommend professional review.

Billed per word at $0.006/word beyond the free daily quota of 1,000 words. The system shows estimated cost before translation so you stay in control.

We support major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal. More payment options are being added.

Unused balance can be refunded at any time. Already-used amounts are non-refundable. Contact zzy@webarcx.com to request a refund.

All file uploads and transfers use TLS encryption. Files are retained for 30 days after translation for download, then automatically deleted from our servers. We never use your documents for AI model training or any other purpose.

The AI system processes document content to perform the translation. We commit to never manually reviewing your document content and never using it for commercial purposes.
